Arch 201 Project Management I

Series of courses designed to develop in students construction project management techniques for profitable construction administration. Students will demonstrate knowledge of course material by completing projects in light construction administration. Coursework includes utilization of estimating, critical path, and presentation computer software relevant to current practices. Arch 201: emphasis on estimating, construction sequence scheduling, critical path, specification interpretation and design standards necessary for successful administration of construction projects. This is the first course in a sequence of two: Arch 201 and Arch 202 which must be taken in sequence.
